It comes amid rumours she is considering returning to the Spice Girls for a Queen’s Platinum Jubilee gig this summer.
The Sun revealed the band is hotly tipped to reform for a best of British gig to celebrate the monarch’s reign later this year.
Victoria, 47, has just signed papers to show she’s still part of the band and has no plans to quit.
She filed documents to Companies House this week that confirm her desire to remain an active part of Spice Girls Ltd.
That’s good news for her Majesty and Victoria’s army of fans.
A source said: “If she wanted to quit the band and had no wish to perform again then she’d have resigned as a director last week.”
