It’s summer. I’m excited to ride my bike, have picnics and grill again. But summer is also a time when my make-up literally melts. That’s not fun at all. So I tried the One/Size By Patrick Starrr Cheek Clapper Blush Trio Palette. Let’s see if it lasts on my combination skin.
The Sephora website says this is “ A monochromatic blush trio in versatile textures for a blurring 3D blush effect—set the tone your way by wearing each alone or layering up!”
Packaging Of The ONE/SIZE By Patrick Starrr Cheek Clapper Blush Trio Palette
The plastic compact is light pink in color with the brand name and logo in red on the front of the compact. Inside is a nice sized mirror. The blush compartment is divided into 3 compartments. Moreover, a great thing about the packaging is that the cream blush has a plastic divider which prevents the cream and powder products from mixing. Also this compact has magnetic closure. The back side of the blush palette has the shade names.
Formula Of The ONE/SIZE By Patrick Starrr Cheek Clapper Blush Trio Palette
These blushes are Vegan and also Cruelty-free. Dragon Fruit Extract is the highlighted ingredient. It helps grip & extend wear of this blush. According to the Sephora website “Each texture in this trio serves a unique purpose. Underpaint and overpaint with the Flex Cream shade, blur and build intensity with the Full Impact Matte shade, and get an eye-catching glow and seamless finish with the Hyper Sheen shade. The formulas smooth and soften, grip and extend wear, and give skin a silky finish. Wear each one alone or layer up to set the tone your way.”

My Experience
The ONE/SIZE By Patrick Starrr Cheek Clapper Blush Trio shade I have is Rich Betch. I must say that it is one of the most pigmented blushes I have ever used. A little about my complexion, I am medium skin toned. I think Chanel Beige 40, MAC NC35-37 match me perfectly. Also most importantly, I have to use a really light hand with these blushes. However, I’m not complaining. Because even if I accidently apply a little more than I want, these blend out easily.
The color Rich Betch is rightly described as a rose bronze shades. Within this palette the three shades included are Beyond Fab, Blush Deposit, Coin Me Up. I love all three. They are pigmented, blendable and above all stayed put on my combination skin. I like to sometimes mix the powder and cream shades. At other times I apply just the powder or just the cream blush. Because of the three different finishes, it’s like having 3 different blushes in one palette. As a result you get three looks in a way.
I also tried the shimmer shade on my eyes and it works great as an eyeshadow too. Additionally I tried the cream blush on my lips as well. If I use the cream blush on my lips, I use a lip balm to keep my lips hydrated. This is not mentioned anywhere on the box or the website. I wanted a monochromatic look and decided to try it on my eyes, lips and it worked well for me. So in conclusion, I am loving this versatile blush palette. And I have my eye on the Fire Red blush shade Fire Starter.
